Now Live on Amazon~MERLOT IN MAINE - Book # 3 in my Wine and Sweat Pants series~5 stars!~

Sometimes the only way to truly start over is to move. That’s exactly what Elaina Samuels and her unruly band of cohorts decided to do. Elaina, Tawny, Grace, and Steph bought a bed and breakfast in Maine. The trip from Cherry Ridge, Ohio to Portland is a wild and crazy ride, filled with things they never could have foreseen. In this adventure, there’s laughter, tears, doubt, and a little danger thrown in to keep them on their toes. Will this relocation to the northeast be the key to real happiness? Or will it test their friendship to the breaking point?
Jan Romes is a hopeless romantic who grew up in northwest Ohio with eight zany siblings. Married to her high school sweetheart for more years than seems possible, she is also a proud mom, mother-in-law, and grandmother. She likes to read most genres, writes witty contemporary romance and women's fiction, enjoys finding new ways to stay fit and gardens even though she doesn't claim to have a green thumb.

Jan's passionate about reading, writing, publishing, and anything else that involves the written word. She loves to connect with readers. You can find her on Twitter, Facebook, at writer's conferences and book signings. If you love books as much as she does, she'd love to hear from you.

My Review
Elaina, Tawny, Grace, and Steph along with a dog and a cat embark on a crazy adventure to open a bed and breakfast across country. From Ohio to Portland and finally to Maine, the fiery, middle aged woman chance meet many obstacles that will put their kindred spirits to the test. Getting strung up in a tree with the dog, encountering illness, meeting men along the way, their escapade will have you laughing and tearing. Jan is a mastermind at creating stories that stir the soul. Her characters are witty, humorous, lovable, very real and totally relatable. As I read ‘Merlot in Maine’ I thought of how fun it would be to hang out with these four women. Never a dull moment. Jan’s writing is so smooth and fluid. I was never confused or bored. Every page had something funny, crazy or touching. She must be a great cook as well because the dishes the gals cook are very tantalizing, you may just want to try them yourself. I know I will. Bravo to yet another 5 star read by the talented Jan Romes
