Miami Underground

As a young boy his parents were murdered in an explosion in London. Alone and orphaned, Jake Kelly attempts to escape his heartbreaking reality and stows away on a cargo ship bound for Boston. Raised in the harshest of Boston neighborhoods, and by a longshoreman, Jake learns to steal what he can, and he does it all in the name of survival. As an adult he leads a small crew of professional thieves, and they’re very successful at lifting priceless jewelry, paintings, and even cold hard cash. Life is good until he’s commissioned to steal a treasure to save his beloved, Amelia. And he has to take it from one of the most iconic homes in all the world, The Villa Casa Casuarina, also known as the Versace Mansion. What happens next: a heartrending revelation that will prompt an already wrathful Jake to carry out an unprecedented act of revenge beginning in Miami and ending in Boston.
